Requirements: 

• 2 Years General Sales Experience Preferred

• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Additionally, they educate clients on the benefits of various solutions, ensuring comfort and long-term value, while offering guidance throughout the decision-making process to create a stress-free experience. Their goal is to build trust and ensure customers are confident in their choices.
